NCCU Golf Classic Beneficiary Responsibilities
Prior to the event:
Selling tickets - The majority of the profit from this event is generated from raffle tickets. NCCU covers the printing and cost of the raffle tickets. It is the beneficiary's responsibility to sell the tickets. The beneficiary must be committed to selling raffle tickets. NCCU and the beneficiary will work together to obtain raffles and door prizes for the event.
Day of event:
Introduction just prior to tee off. Usually, the beneficiary says a few words about their organization, thanks the golfers for coming, etc....
Provide and serve lunch for the golfers. Typically the cost for the lunch is $5 per golfer, and the beneficiary gets that profit. Lunch example: BBQ, chips, cookie, water (The cost could be higher depending on the cost of food.)
Hole Watchers – For Hole-in-One prize insurance. Hole watchers must be 18+ years of age. We require 2 people on each hole (4 and 6) from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
